The BSNUG Western Region conference is held in late March or early April of each year.  An optional Bi-Tech training day (not included in the conference cost), is held on Wednesday.  The conference itself kicks off with registration and a Bi-Tech sponsored reception on Wednesday evening, followed by a full agenda on Thursday and Friday.  The conference ends on Friday afternoon.

Regional conferences are geared to the IFAS end user, with detailed classes and presentations on specific IFAS topics.  The smaller number of attendees (as compared to the National conference) presents more opportunities for networking.
