The purpose of the user group enhancement process is to provide the user community with direct input into the enhancements SunGard Public Sector Bi-Tech will develop in the future. Enhancements are added to the ballot either via an enhancement request form or through the Help Desk. To submit an enhancement request using the forms process, see the information in the attachments below. IMPORTANT!!! The deadline for submitting an enhancement request is June 30th of each year. |
